Habit Pebble Terms of Use
Which terms apply to you
- iPhone and iPad (App Store): your use of Habit Pebble is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The summary below describes how the app works and does not replace or limit Apple's EULA.
- Android (Google Play): the terms below apply, together with the Google Play Terms of Service.
1. Using Habit Pebble
Cosmovex gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Habit Pebble on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the app, or try to get around Habit Pebble Pro.
2. Your data is yours
Your habits are stored on your device and in backup files you choose to save. You are responsible for keeping backups of anything you care about. Habit Pebble has no account and no server copy, so we cannot recover data that was deleted from your device and not backed up.
3. Not medical advice
Habit Pebble is a general habit tracker. It does not give medical, health or fitness advice.
4. Ads and Habit Pebble Pro
The free version of Habit Pebble shows occasional full-screen ads from Google AdMob. How ads use data is explained in the Privacy Policy. Habit Pebble Pro removes the ads.
- Habit Pebble Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription and never renews.
- It removes all ads and unlocks the Pro features described in the app, for as long as the app is available for your device.
- Payment is processed by Google Play or the App Store. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy on Android and Apple's on iPhone; see Support.
- Restore it on a new device with the same store account using Restore purchases.
5. Reminders and widgets
Reminders and widgets depend on your phone's system, battery and notification settings. We work to make them reliable and the Reminder check-up helps, but we cannot guarantee every reminder arrives on time on every device.
6. No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, Habit Pebble is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Cosmovex is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Habit Pebble. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Habit Pebble Pro. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
8. Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The effective date above shows the latest version. If you keep using Habit Pebble after a change, the new terms apply.
